Opening June 24, 2020, the Turlock Town Center will have its newest tenant. Located at 651 North Golden State Blvd, Smart and Final will open its newest grocery store located in Turlock, CA. This negotiated a 29,680 sqft grocery store will not only bring fresh produce and a huge selection of quality foods, it will also bring 60 full and part-time jobs to the area.

JDI Electric was pleased to work with Malven Construction and deliver this beautiful store to Smart and Final and the community.

An overhead view of JDI’s newest plaza coming to Winchester, CA. Phase 1 is moving along at a good pace. Site lighting and dry utilities are just around the corner.

Construction continues as the JDI crew rigs and hoists the main EDC (Electrical Distribution Center) into place on Lake Elsinore’s newest Supercenter.

Come check out the newest Sprouts in San Diego county. Located at 1400 East Vista Way, this ground up project is a great add for the City of Vista. The store brought 150 more jobs to the area and offers a wide range of fresh meat and produce. Read more →

Construction is complete and we’re proud of the quality building we all were able to contribute to and be a part of.

We’re happy to be chosen as the EC for the Sam’ Club #6240 remodel. We completed the previous remodel at this location 10 years ago and we’re happy to be returning with our General Contractor, PR Skate LLC.

We’ve completed our move!

JDI out grew our Perris office and found our new home in Temecula. The office had to be expanded an additional 600 sqft to accommodate our office staff. A special thanks to Elias Wolfer for his dedication on this project. With his CAD skills he was able to put our idea on paper. He’s one of many key people that helped make this project a success. The transition brought challenges but with our great team we were able to continue offering our clients A+ service throughout the move.

Rain or shine, the 10 month phased project is underway and this So Cal rain isn’t slowing us down. Demo has begun on the basement floor. LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) is implemented throughout. The new glass pavilion and its towering cross will be the centerpiece of the church in the months to come.

We’re excited to be the selected as the EC for the WalMart #2479 – San Diego project. This project is part of WalMarts GRO program.

We’ve got some Walmarts coming up in march. Excited to start; Anaheim, Martinez, and Modesto.
